Experience: Juan holds a Bachelors of Architecture from The City College of New York. During his years of work as a
Design Architect, he became interested in the legal aspect of the construction industry and came to work for P. Wolfe Consultants, Inc., in 2009.
Since then, Juan has overseen the approval of thousands of varying scale residential, community facility and commercial projects ranging from renovations
to major new developments. In the years of experience, he has gained a thorough understanding of the zoning resolution and building codes applicable
to New York. He has also developed an excellent empathy with both Commissioners and Plan Examiners.
Credentials: Associates Degree in Administrative Professional Office Management (ASc APOM), Certified Professional Secretary (CPS)
