Education: Graduated University of Architecture, Venice, Italy, Class of 1974.
Experience: Principal of Architectural office for 10 years in Greece. Former Plan Examiner for Boston Department of Buildings and former Plan Examiner for New York City Department of Buildings. Founder and President of P. Wolfe Consultants, Inc., formed in 1990.

Credentials: Registered Architect since 1996.
Education: Graduated 5-year BArch Pennsylvania State University, Class of 1993. GPA: 3.5; Appointed ‘Student Marshall’ for highest GPA in graduating class.
Experience: Three years as Project Coordinator, fulfilling such duties as proposal writing, assignment and coordination of Project Management team’s work load, coordination of Field Expediting team’s daily assignments, employee reviews, Project Manager training, and internal system development. Three years as Project Manager, providing Building Code and Zoning Consultation and Expediting Services to clients on complex NYC Construction projects.

Experience: Noelia has brought a degree of professionalism
and dedication that is a welcomed asset and inspiration for the P Wolfe Team and
propelled her way to leadership. Noelia serves as our DOT specialist. She also heads
the Permit, Signoff and Certificate of Occupancy division. Noelia brings in precision
and diligence to all of her duties from the smallest task to the most extensive
project. Sound dedication to her work and client is her motto.

Credentials: Graduated Bachelors of Science in Architecture and Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Education: Bachelors of Science, City College of New York, CUNY.
Experience: Since 2004, Rondelle has helped shape the determination and leadership of the P. Wolfe staff. Along with regular duties as a Senior Project
Manager, Rondelle assumes Project Coordinator managerial responsibilities for her
Project Team, coordinating their project assignments. She has used her experience to her advantage in every phase of our business; from reviewing plans, analysis and research, to serving as a helpful conduit between clients and City officials.
Experience: Rondelle previously spent two years in architecture and real estate management before joining P. Wolfe. Prior to that, she worked as newspaper reporter for five years.

Technology
Education: Graduated 5-year Bachelors of Science Fairleigh Dickinson
University, Class of 2004.
Experience: Ryan, Project Coordinator and Senior Project Manager
at P. Wolfe Consultants, has proven himself as an invaluable addition to the P.
Wolfe team. Ryan currently fulfills tasks such as proposal preparation, coordination
of team’s daily field assignments, organization and execution of team’s projects,
employee reviews, project manager training and meeting weekly goals. Ryan assists
his team of skilled expediters with navigating the world of City Codes and Regulations.
He also organizes and motivates his team to ensure that projects move as quickly
as possible. Ryan’s interest in technology has proved to be an added benefit to
P. Wolfe Consultants. Ryan has assisted in providing ideas to further the technological
aspects of our maintenance and computer systems. Ryan progressed from a Project
Engineering job at a manufacturing company, to student and eventually a P. Wolfe
Consultant Senior figure.
