Privately Held NYC Architectural Consulting firm specializing in Building Code, Zoning and Building Department Expediting seeks highly ambitious Architectural or Engineering intern for immediate, part-time/full-time Field Expediter/Junior Project Manager position.
Qualifications:
- Company culture requires ambitious, hard working, responsible, self-motivated people who are team players and have a desire to learn.
- A desire to participate in the complex world of Building Code and Zoning, and to learn about the City Agencies which enforce them.
- Current enrollment or recent completion of an Architectural (BARCH) or Engineering program required.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Excellent drafting skills & ability to read Architectural and Engineering drawings of all kinds.
- Excellent writing, typing, organizational, and time management skills required.
