Technology: PPMS, CAD & Internet
We use an in-house developed web-based Project Management system called the PPMS.

Every step of every process is already documented, to ensure each and every task is completed in the correct order. Our system allows our team to stay focused on the important issues, and lets technology handle the paperwork.

We have extensive experience in computer-aided drafting and design and are proficient with AutoCAD 2000.

We place a high value on the indispensable cooperation that occurs between designer and consultant during construction projects. Clients are encouraged to e-mail project drawings to our office, where they are reviewed for code compliance. Modifications may be suggested for the purpose of quickly processing applications--thereby saving valuable time for the client, and making it easier to deliver more effective service. Through this process, we can present zoning and code compliant building plans to the city for approval and permit issuance in the shortest possible time.

Our offices are electronically linked to the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) Building Information Systems network (BIS) for quick access to many forms of information.

Consulting is offered on an hourly basis or for a flat fee determined by the scope of the work involved. Our prices are reasonable and competitive.
