We have an in-house team of registered architects who, on a daily basis, are reviewing NYC Building Code for our clients. Egress issues, Occupancy, Place of Assembly, you name it, we've got experience with it.
The Building Code may impose significant design constraints which should be incorporated into the project early on; far before the Architect is ready to file for Building Department approval.
P. Wolfe Consultants offers services to Architects, Owners, and Developers to help answer their toughest questions and maximize their construction project:
- How big can I build? We provide maximization studies to determine the largest building envelope for a given zoning lot, use, and/or construction class.
- Is my design on target? We provide Building Code and Zoning review of preliminary plans for early detection of future Department of Buildings Objections.
- Have I chosen the right building for my conversion? We prepare building selection checklists to help clients choose the right building for their conversion or enlargement.
P. Wolfe has in-house Registered Architects with the ability to expertly review and advise you on your project. Clients may e-mail us Autocad files for quickest response.
Consultation services are provided on a flat fee or hourly basis, depending on the project scope and characteristics.
