Project Highlights:

P.Wolfe has played a key role in literally hundreds of construction projects in New York City, from Building Department approvals and permits, to building code consulting, to zoning analysis. Below are highlights of recent projects we've assisted with.

New Building: Residential Apartments/Retirement Living Community
The Hallmark Building in Battery Park City is a new premier elegant retirement community designed by Chicago architect Lucien LaGrange. With stunning views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline and the highest quality interiors, it is truly an exceptional addition to the Lower Manhattan area.
Conversion from Office Building to Hotel: Bryant Park Hotel
The recently opened Bryant Park Hotel, at 40 W. 40th Street in Manhattan, showcases the design of British architect David Chipperfield and returns the Landmark "American Radiator Building" to it’s former glory.
Conversion from Monastery to Housing: Mount Carmel Monastery
A fascinating project involving the conversion of the Mount Carmel Monastery in Brooklyn into senior housing. Architect Saky Yakas from SLCE designs an innovative solution. The copper-topped tower, visible throughout the area, will remain as is.
New Building: "The Chesapeake" at 345 East 94th Street, Residences
Located at 345 East 94th Street in New York City, The Chesapeake is a charming addition to the Upper East Sides residential portfolio. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP, the building has a stunning lobby done in natural materials.
Retail Fit Outs: Nine West & Other Shops
Shoe retailer Nine West was expanding it's retail operation in New York City, so they looked to P.Wolfe Consultants to expedite the often confusing regulatory and approval process involved. At over 20 locations (and growing), P.Wolfe was there to ensure the new shops were opened on-time and fully to code.
