NYC Penalty Relief Program
The NYC Penalty Relief Program for Homeowners and Business Owners is a three-month program authorized by Mayor Bloomberg and the City Council that allows businesses and homeowners to resolve Environmental Control Board (ECB) violations that are are in default and for which a hearing date was scheduled before May 1, 2009. Applicants can resolve their default violations by paying the base fine and will NOT have to pay additional penalties, late fees or interest. If a violation is associated with a correctible condition, known as a compliance violation, you must correct the condition before you may participate in the program.

Important Filing Changes
From October 1, 2009, the Department of Buildings is only accepting the 10/09 version of the TR-1, TR-2 and TR-3 forms.
The new TR-1 has the three changes, outlined below.

Glueck Center for Jewish Study
As Yeshiva University (YU) embarked on its Fall 2009 semester, it opened the first new building on its Wilf Campus, its main campus in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan, in 20 years. The Glueck Center for Jewish Study, a 60,000 square foot, modern, glass and stone multi-use facility that will serve as a new intellectual hub for students and faculty, was officially dedicated in ceremonies on Sunday, September 13, on the Wilf Campus, 185th St. between Audubon and Amsterdam Avenues.
