Department of Buildings launched it's new e-filing system for virtually all construction job application filings. The new interview-style process assists applicants in preparing our newly-revised PW-1, Schedule A and Schedule B forms online for initial and subsequent filings. This system does not accommodate Post Approval Amendments, Initial Work Permits and other applications at this time.

Applicants are encouraged to utilize this tool as it helps to prevent unauthorized changes to documents after they have been signed and sealed, since pages on E-filing documents are issued a unique ID number each time they are revised.

Though very useful the E-filing system can be complicated as it requires alot more information and details than previous filing methods. P. Wolfe staff is fully trained to assist you with all E-filling applications. We are also familiar with all the new requirements that have been implemented due to new DOB rules and procedures.
