Architect: SLCE Architects / Saky Yakas, R.A.
Project Type: Parking Facility.

The George T. Douris Tower is a fifteen-story, 184 unit building. It includes an on-site management office, a community room, an exercise room, a library, a crafts room, music and computer rooms, outdoor patio areas, a roof garden and a social service office to assist residents.
Due to budget and time constraints the buildings construction was broken down in too two phases the first encompassing the construction of the 15 story residential Tower and the second its adjacent parking facility. P. Wolfe coordinated with the Department of Buildings to ensure all jobs were approved on-time. Additionally, P. Wolfe guided the complete inspection process, and was present at all onsite inspections by DOB. P. Wolfe was primary coordinator with all contractors, and managed the issuance of all work permits for the project.
P. Wolfe Consultants, with local knowledge and expertise, played a vital role navigating the owner, architect and GC through the entire process.
P. Wolfe Permits and Approvals included:
- Equipment Use Permits
- Several Reconsiderations
- Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection Plan, and Builder's Pavement Plan approval and permits
- Temporary and Final Certificate of Occupancy issuance
Ongoing Support:
P. Wolfe Continues to attend meetings with DOB officials to ensure the final Certificate of Occupancy is granted in a timely manner.
