General Contractors are tasked to handle the actual construction of many projects and most don’t have the time to constantly monitor all the goings-on of the project, so they hire us to be their OR so projects they handle move forward smoothly.

Running a retail store, restaurants or specialty shops is a busy work and most owners don’t have the time nor the energy to monitor and handle renovations or new construction, so they rely on us to handle it for them! We ensure permits are processed and issued and that contractors know what needs to be done when and we make sure that come inspection time, everything is in order, so business owners we work with can focus on their business without worrying about the construction.
