New Alteration Application Filing Fees

The new minimum application fees for building alterations will be $130 to $280, depending upon the type of application and proposed building classification.

In addition, all amendments that affect fees will require the entire job to be re-calculated under the new fee structure.

Eating + Drinking Establishment Plan Reviews - UPDATED

Applicants for any new eating or drinking establishment in Manhattan will have streamlined construction plan reviews through NBAT, the New Business Acceleration Team. NBAT works in conjunction with the Departments of Buildings, Fire, Environmental Protection and Health. These agencies are coordinating their respective plan reviews, inspections and sign-offs – enabling food shops, restaurants and bars to open their doors faster.
